Beyond.io

Anner Tiete (1983) & Kevin Verelst (1984) are the founders of beyond.io, an experience design studio based in Antwerp that creates tailor-made experiences that combine design & technology. beyond.io has a track record in creating stunning interactive installations & products; moments where an audience can interact with technology in a novel way in a public space. Teaming up with brands and agencies, their project’s range from book-signing robots that resurrect a dead author, never-ending Rube Goldberg machines, large multi-touch interfaces for exploring museum archives, to literally putting a Major Lazer beat inside a beer bottle. Working with a multidisciplinary team, often on the edge between different industries, their work was recognised in both marketing communications (Cannes Golden Lion 2017) and design (Henry Van de Velde Label 2015).
