POOT architectuur is an Antwerp based architect agency, run by Sarah Poot.

The field of work of Sarah Poot and her 3 team members varies in size and sort: ranging from small renovation projects to office buildings and schools. Just last year POOT architectuur was appointed laureate in the contest to restyle the entry halls of the Antwerp city sports halls and for the win form relating to the construction of social housing units in Lo Reningen. Recently POOT was selected for the open call 2017, a project on neighbourhood and environment redevelopment in Lint.

Non-public projects are on the POOT menu as well. Each open or closed space, each building has its relevancy in society. And is architecture. The form language of architecture is always a consequence of the context and the functionality of spaces built. It is a goal in itself. Being timeless and full of character is more interesting than being striking and fashionable.
